Hey, it's a chain, what can you do? I have never been impressed by BW3s food, but this location deserves the 3 stars (generally I'd give the others I've been to 2 stars). We had outstanding service on an NFL Thursday night. How many B-Dubs can you say that about? Well, how often had you had outstanding service at any of them? Unfortunately, I cannot remember once prior to this time and I have a friend who is obsessed with their food. Anyway, 'nuff said.

Do you like room temperature beer? Do you like cold wraps ( supposed to be hot) and hot potato wedges? Or do you prefer an atmosphere similar to a funeral home with music that would make an intelligent person wanna throw up? Well if you do, Buffalo Wild Wings in Trinity is the place for you. 1. Received a nearly temperature beer and was told there was nothing they could do about it. 2. Waited 22 minutes for a wrap that came cold on the inside, as if it was pre-made and reheated. But got steaming hot wedges. How does that work? Did I mention I was one five people in the restaurant? 3. Had a bartender that seemed more concerned and apathetic towards the employee that was there on his day off apparently. Drinking quite heavily I might add and wearing a hat two sizes too big with the skinny of skinniest jeans. 4. I felt more like I was at a remembrance service than a " sports bar". Lighting was near darkness and the music being played could slow your heartbeat. I guess the idea of " atmosphere" has been long since forgotten huh? 5. Was charged $1.00 for a side of their hot sauce. Now, I don't mind paying extra for things but when I get a teaspoon of a hot sauce that comes in a bag and now you want an extra dollar just because. No. What am I paying extra for? The plastic ramekin it comes in? I will not ever return to this place, ever. Do me and everyone else a favor. . . Stop giving these your money and pray to whatever God you pray to, that a " For Lease" sign is in their future. What a joke of a business and I wish nothing but disaster to the management that are allowing this nonsensical behavior to continue.

Good place to watch a game or boxing/MMA... There are plenty of TV's and games for kids. If you're looking for gourmet food, remember it's chain bar food. I like to order my wings crispy with the buffalo dry rub (and a side of their hot sauce). When I'm in the mood to watch the game and have some pretty good wings or cheese curds, I'll usually go to B dubs.

My wife is pissed they switched from Coke to Pepsi. Tonight she wanted to go somewhere else for this reason, however she's not like me, and stayed for the group.

This is a family friendly place. My husband is a bigger fan then me. They have lots of sauce options but they come on the side, I like my chicken cooked in it. The service is friendly but gets slow when it gets busy.

Wings are small and overcooked every time I have been there. The rest of the food isn't much better. Overpriced for the worst wings anywhere!!!

Great place to watch sports. Food was not bad. Typical bar food. Corn dog bites, wings, buffalo chips. The boneless wings were really good (honey BBQ, Garlic Parmesan, mild, and lemon pepper). The flavors were pretty good with the exception of garlic Parmesan. I would stay away from the buffalo chips as well. They are not bad, but by no means are they great.

Met my brother for lunch today. 3 of us total. Waitress was nice and did a good, not great job. We ate early, so it wasnt very busy. My brother ordered boneless wings in several different flavors. He said they were very good. I ordered traditional wings. They tasted ok but not very hot, as if they were reheated or sat around awhile before I got them. Also the flavor was hot. It was fairly hot, but not much flavor. Also the sauce was on the exterior, the interior meat was tasteless. For comparison, tonight a grabbed a box of hot wings from Publix's deli, sitting under the heat lamp. I walked around, went though the line and paid, drove home, unloaded, and the Publix wings were much hotter than the basket I got today @ BWW.

Terrible service! We were given gift cards to come back because of a precious bad experience and the 2nd time around was the same I won't be back. Also way overpriced.

I LOVE their Ranch Chicken Wraps. Sooo good. I would've put 5 stars, but service isn't that great.

Wings are always good here you can't go wrong! We came here tonight with my parents, waitress was a little slow messed up our order and it took forever to come out but she was pleasant and the food was good once we got it. I love that fact that you can order wings and just get the flappers or the drums, a lot of places don't do that. I usually get mild wings but i had upgraded to medium a couple months ago but the last two times i ordered medium they were so hot i couldn't eat them so i went back to mild tonight and they weren't hot at all. I wish the sauces were consistent and consistent from location to location. The only complaint i have really is the prices here...Everything looks decently priced on the menu then you get your bill and it's like HOLY COW how did i possibly spend that much! We've decided it's the drinks. If you aren't going to order alcoholic drinks this place isn't too bad but if you're out for a night of drinking or even a few with dinner.... watch out!!

Delicious food.....great environment to eat. From the door customer service got a A. The employees were pleasant an welcoming. I really like our waitress. The cheese n beef dip was great, crispy nachos with flavor. The spicy garlic was great and as usual MANGO HABERNO abused my mouthfrom its HOTTNESS but still good...love it here

2 stars for service, 4 stars on food. My daughter ordered chicken strips and they were brought out 10 mins after everyone else's. We asked for a box to take home the left over and the waitress never returned.

We had 1 bad experience and 1 good. It is crowded for football which is what caused our bad experience. People were everywhere and we were shoved in a corner by the server's station and had a pitcher of beer (not ours as we didn't order a pitcher) spilled on us and our food. The server that spilled it blew us off as if it was no big deal that our food was ruined and we were wet. Our server was apologetic and brought us new food and reduced our check. It is hectic and noisy. We went with another couple to have dinner and had a much better experience.

If it wasn't for the multiple large ass tvs and the second waitress we got, we would've left. Food was great hands down, second server was awesome. Greeted at the door, sat down at a booth. Arrived at 830p for the game ( no intentions of leaving before it ended ). We had noticed the draft special at 9p and asked the 1st server if we could get that pricing, in a snobby way she says no. We asked really? Again, in a much snottier tone, yeah really. That was when the idea was tossed around of leaving. But, for some odd reason, the second server came and saved the day!!! Yeah pack lost, but the service and food was awesome. Will go back again, just keep a lookout.

Poor service, dirty floor near the entrance by the soda machine. Wonder why it a slow night and every other restaurant in the area is full. Read the reviews.

It's clean. It's nice. It's a fun place to watch football. The food is too spicy for me. Even a plain old Chicken Caesar salad had dressing on it that was SO filled with pepper, it was practically inedible. The service was good. Nice outdoor patio area to watch televisions on. I have been to other Buffalo Wild Wings before and this one is exceptionally clean compared to the others that I have been to. The bar is always pretty busy so sometimes, waiting for a drink can take some time. The only thing that really annoys me is when people do the "wing challenge" and win the rights to the remote control of the big television. They change the channel in the middle of a game you are watching if they win. This means that mid dinner, you may find yourself having to pick up you food and move to another seat in order to finish watching the game you started watching before some neanderthal decided to eat 2340325870 hot wings in 30 seconds in order to be able to change the channel and sit in a recliner. Great for them, HUGE inconvenience for everyone else who is already settled in for awhile and halfway through dinner. But whatever...silly fun to be had in a clean, nice atmosphere. Nothing to write home about, but certainly not to be ignored if you just want a cold beer, hot wings and a good game.

Best place in town for wings beer and sports! TVs everywhere! Big screens awesome! Atmosphere great for kids as they ca. Be themselves versus having to sit quietly in order not disturb others, like at other casual dining concepts. Love this place!! I have fun, my kids have fun. It's perfect.

Had the best server yet- Jane. She was very friendly and attentive. Wings and appetizers were good. Sent grilled chicken wrap back due to chicken being slimy and not quality. It almost was like fast food chicken. The bathroom needs a remodel and good cleaning- it was gross and out of soap. We will be back- will ask for same awesome server and I will stick to fried goodness and wings next visit.

Hey there, do you like to wait for your food and then when its placed on the table its cold. Well then you need to go to Buffalo Wild Wings in Trinity, fl. Adding to the general depressed atmosphere of the place is the lack of adequate lighting. It is the only food establishment within recent memory where I had to use my cell phone to read the menu! Also contributing to the dismal experience of waiting for cold food is a "sports announcer " that positions himself at the bar and babbles so incoherently that you don't know what he is speaking about. (Not that I would want to) All in all a real dive and not one I would expect from a food chain. Usually places like this are local neighborhood watering holes that have been around for years and only still in business because the locals have no other place to go.

I've been to this location many times and it seems that the service declines each time. It always takes forever for the food to come out once we've ordered and this past time the waitress was in such a hurry to get rid of us. The food is meh - typical bar food of wings, burgers, fried appetizers.

food was good, for some reason patrons are ringing very loud cow bells during the football game.

I love the garlic parmesan wings from BDubs. I've had better ones at other locations but this place is good.

This place is real hit or miss on the experience when gong to watch the UFC fights, your best Bet is to sit at the bar for the best service. My last visit I had a waiter block our group from grabbing a large round in the bar area, taking another group, at a neighboring table, word that they needed the table for 19 more people coming. Long story short, their group of 8 monopolized 2 tables and left half way through the fights. Management was shocked at the waiters actions, but that was it. If it wasn't for the fights, or watching a game I can't catch at home, I'd probably not go here at all.

The food is so-so... service is terrible. If you go for lunch and order your food at 12:05, you're lucky if they get it there in time to box it up, take it back to work, and eat at your desk. I could go to the grocery store, buy the ingredients, prepare everything, cook it, AND eat it faster than it takes to get your food here.

There's plenty of wing places around, and arguably they have better wings than BW3's. But sometimes, you need familiar surroundings to cheer you up. Consistency is the key to this chain's success. When I go to BW3's, I know exactly what I'm getting. The service is friendly, the beer is cold, the food is tasty, and if there isn't something interesting on one of the dozens of TVs, I can always play some Buzztime trivia. Sometimes, that warm familiar feeling is all that's needed to make everything well in the world again. No surprises, no disappointments.

So much better after the remodel. The place actually looks bigger. The bar has a better set up. The service seems better and the management is more attentive. The food actually came out hot! Very pleased with all the changes.

I will start by saying I am a big fan of BWWs. I have been a loyal customer for close to twenty years going back to BW3s days. I will not return to this location. Do not use their online ordering system. It does not work and will not provide your food at the designated pick up time according to the management and staff running the carry out for this location. The food is what it is, wings and burgers, don't stray from what you know and don't try to add tech that doesn't work!!

Been here with family.. Service is tooooo slowwwwwww, We waited 20 min for our drinks, our waitress disappears we had to call her if we wanna ask anything. After 35 min of ordering our food, we called her to ask how much longer and she said 15-20 min more. I told her its been 35 and she answered: really!!!!!!! Now its under new management, prices also increased by 25-30% ....
